A culinary institution just over a hundred years old, awarded 1 star in the Michelin Guide 2024, where chef Adrien Soro has created a contemporary menu inspired by the flavours of the South and creative menus inspired by the terroirs of Provence.
In June 2024, after two years at the helm of La Mère Germaine, Belgian chef Christophe Hardiquest will hand over the reins to the young and talented Adrien Soro.
This young chef, trained by some of the greatest names in the field – Joël Robuchon, Alain Ducasse – worked alongside Hélène Darroze on the launch of the Royal Mansour restaurants in Marrakech. At the head of his own establishment in the Dordogne, Adrien Soro was awarded a first star and then a green star in less than two years. Seduced by the potential of La Mère Germaine and the quality of the produce from the Vaucluse, Comtat and Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur regions, Adrien Soro has come up with a new menu featuring the flavours of the South.
The Mère Germaine team welcomes you for lunch from 12 noon to 1.15pm and for dinner from 7pm to 8.30pm from Wednesday lunchtime to Sunday evening.
